What's causing yellow colored skin around my eyes?

Xanthlasma?: Could be fat accumulation and leading to raised plaques called xanthelasmas. These can happen with abnormal lipid profile, esp-familial conditions. You are very young, but if you have it just around eyes, and are raised aareas and not flat and not involving rest of face , need to look for similar raised skin lesions over elbows, neck, cald tendon , other joint areas. Need to get lipid profile checked.
