Liver failure: This is concerning for jaundice, which is a sign of liver damage, which certainly could have occurred with the very large amount of tylenol (acetaminophen) you took. You should see your doctor or go to the er right away.

Go to an ER: That is a very toxic dose of acetaminophen, a known hepatotoxin (liver toxin). Treatment is possible but liver failure is a strong possibility. Please seek medical attention as soon as possible. Do not wait.
