Good oral hygiene: Best thing i can tell you is good oral hygiene and avoiding things that stain (coffee, tea, cigarettes, red wine, etc). There are some types of staining that can only be removed by a dentist and some that cannot be removed at all. Keep your routine cleanings with your dentist and ask him/her about whitening options next time you see them.

Natural tooth bleach: I had someone asked before if banana peel worked for bleaching teeth? I told him that i never heard about it. Personally i don't know of any recommended natural bleaching agent for teeth. The tooth bleaching agents in the current market are very safe if used properly. Your dentist should be able to inform you of what is best for you.

Sorry: Afraid you really can't. Coffee, tea, colas, mustard, saffron, tomato sauce, anything with pigments (especially pigments + acid) will darken teeth. We also have pigment-producing bacteria that live in our mouths. You really need your dentist to manage this with you. He has so many safe and effective systems at his disposal. And don't believe a lot of the tv advertising hype.

Apples and....: Strawberries have been known to help with teeth whitening. They both have high amounts of malic acid which are able to cleanse the teeth and make them appear whiter.
