Whitening toothpaste: Don't have very high expectations. Nothing will beat professionally applied whitening products.

Why?: Why won't you see a dentist to do it professionally or buy strips to attain at least some whitening? There is no way to expect whiter teeth without using the correct materials and treatment. No brush on toothpaste will physically lighten the current color of your teeth. Please understand only teeth can lighten, not crowns or fillings.
