A member asked:

Can i fix stained teeth without bleaching or whitening? if i can, i'd rather whiten my teeth without anything like bleach. is there any way to do that that's pretty natural?

Whitening : Whitening is probably the least aggressive treatment to perform and most natural. Most other procedures will require alteration of tooth and in turn potentially less natural.

Unfortunately, : Unfortunately, the answer is: no. Whitening is the least invasive. The teeth can be cleaned with chemical solutions and other abrasives. After that you get into actual tooth modifications with composite bonding and porcelain veneers.

If you have : If you have only surface stains, your dental hygienist may do a cleaning and sometimes even a rubber cup prophy can remove stains. If you absolutely cannot tolerate peroxide (in dental bleaching) try resin chairside composite additive veneers--- no prep.
