Tooth whitening.....: Discuss the various whitening options with your own dentist. Personally, i recommend custom trays for at home use. There is no specific age to start, but i think around 18 years old is soon enough for most cases, although with dental supervision and in special cases, perhaps a little earlier.

Teeth whitening: You can whiten your teeth if you are at least 18 years old and your teeth are decay free and healthy . There are two kinds if whitening- in office and take home trays. In office whitening is done under direct supervision of dentist and using a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide gel after isolating the gums. A few examples are zoom whitening or rembrandt.
