Generally: 2-3 hours depending on the medication used and your metabolism (the faster you pump it through your system the faster the liver can break it down).

Varies: Local anesthesia for dental procedures varies widely and depends on the preference of your dentist. Numbness from local anesthesia can last anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours, depending on the drug used.

Variable: Depends on where it was placed and what type used and what type of injection. There is local or block placement. Block anesthesia most common for lower back teeth. This may take up to 3 hours to wear off. There are short acting (30 mins) and long acting (6hrs) anesthetics available. Most common -- 45mins - 2 hrs. Careful not to drool or bite your cheek !
