What happens if you don't get your cavities filled? how long will it take for the sensitivity to stop when biting after tooth filling?

Without filling, besides a sensitive tooth, the cavity can go deep which affects the nerve with severe tooth pain and bacteria can invade the gum and the root which cause tooth abscess and that tooth can be broken when the cavity is too big. After a successful filling the tooth will no longer be sensitive almost immediately. Please have it done as soon as possible. Take care.
