Probably not: If you truly have a structural scoliosis and it is greater than 45 degrees, only surgery can correct it. All that being said, I have seen patients who have been told they have severe scoliosis and do not, or they may have a non structural cause that is inherits fly treatable. For example, a person with a leg length discrepancy can have a non structural curve treated by a shoe lift. Thank you.
