Call your surgeon: In all likelihood > it is a normal after surgery course. But, you should call and talk to your surgeon and if necessary you should also see him/her.

Mention to your doct: Sometimes when fluid accumulates in your sinuses you can experience numbness in your teeth. I would mention this to your doctor. There are also additional causes, but without knowing exactly what your surgeon did, it would be irresponsible for me to render an opinion.
