What effects does long term sleep apnea have on the brain?
I have mild sleep apnea, AHI 8, my oxygen drops to 84% at times. I had persistent bp of 130s/80s but not sure if I made the right decision to take bp med because now I feel more drunk and foggy when I wake up. Brain needs higher bp if oxygen is low?
