I have sleep apnea but fall asleep at the wrong time and when i sleep at night its like i'm not asleep my brain just keeps going and i am dreaming fee?

It would be: advisable to talk to your primary physician to see if he / she can prescribe a sleep aide to help you stay asleep and also talk with you to see what daily habits you have that could possible interfere with getting good adequate sleep.And help get your sleep pattern back on track
