Maybe not!: There may not be anything wrong with your brain, but there could be other factors affecting the way your brain works! Sleep deprivation, drugs, sleep apnea, stress/anxiety, can all cause symptoms like you describe. If you correct the underlying problem, then your brain might work perfectly! I recommend seeing your doctor to try and determine what could be causing your symptoms!
