Be patient: What you see as a pearly material on the gum line in an infant may not be a tooth. That said, the pattern & sequence of tooth eruption is quite variable in infants.Some have teeth at birth & some not until 15 m.Sometimes the lateral teeth come in before the center ones. Most will have a balanced set by 3y.
