Have dentist recheck: Healing can take quite some time, as there can be any number of possible healing complications. Get back to the dentist that did the surgery and have him check her out.

See the surgeon: This may just be muscle spasms or can be a sign of a more serious problem. She should return to the doctor who did the surgery to be evaluated.
