Arch: Make sure that you have an arch support that controls your foot in your running/workout shoes and that you have running shoes that control a "supinating" foot.

Inserts/bracing: High arched feet are very prone to outside ankle sprains. Orthotic devices, either OTC or Rx, or an ankle brace, may help. Sincerely, Dr. Latva
