Hip snapping syndrome surgery can it relieve muscle strains of the neck/shoulder/arm/wrist/hand/body side/lower leg-calf/ankle/foot on the same side of the body of this surgery?

Only helps hip issue: Hip arthroscopy will only address the actual hip issue directly. Any other secondary gain such as improved gait patterns are possible not not the main goal of treating the snapping hip syndrome.
