Fairly quickly: Vitamin d3 liquid drops are well-absorbed & should quickly get into your system. If you are deficient in d it may, however, take some time to bring your levels up to optimal levels. I feel most adults should take 4000-5000 units a day to achieve optimal vitamin d levels. If your level is low you could safely take 10, 000 units a day for a couple weeks to speed bringing your levels up.
