Vitamin D: Vitamin D goes through the skin as the sun gets longer and stronger.
If you are not a Native American you should take 1000 or 2000 units of vitamin D each day - this comes in bottles of 120 or so capsules at less than $10 to $12 per bottle. Don't go to a fancy store. Your local pharmacy is fine.
