An eye oncologist told my mom she had a malignant tumor behind here eye, how can he do this without an exam?

Features of the mass: Patients typically have distinct signs on exam of a mass in the eye. These are typically lymphomas. Most cancer doctors would need to do an exam of some kind to confirm this diagnosis. I would ask your physician how he/she made this diagnosis.
