?: Did they get a biopsy? It can be many things but malignancy is always a possibility. Did they perform a ct scan with per a pancreatic protocol? That would be the next step. Hope this helps.

It can be cancer: You need to tell us the complete story. What has your doctor told you about this mass? It looks like you have had a biopsy done already. That should provide an answer. What did the biopsy reveal? If it was not successful, repeat ctscan in 2 months or repeat biopsy are the only two ways to find out what this tumor could be? Benign or malignant(neuroendocrine tumor or adenocarcinoma of pancreas?
