Inflammation: Your sinus infection has affected the function of the semicircular canals in the middle ear. These serve to help you maintain a sense of balance and when inflamed or filled with fluids that don't belong there, they make you feel dizzy. A decongestant may help, you might try sinus rinses with a netti-pot (otc at pharmacy). If this does not help within a day or two, suggest you see an ENT doctor.
