Vertigo : Dizziness and vertigo both means different things and can have multiple causes for each of them. Mri commonly shows sinusitis and most of the times it is asymptomatic. Your physician can help you to relate your symptoms with the mri.

Maybe: If you have congestion causing inflammation of your eustation tubes or fluid in your ear this may lead to vertigo. They could be unrelated. It is rare to see the cause of vertigo on mri. No way of knowing when it will resolve without knowing cause.
