Rash & HIV: If you remain antibody negative at 3+ months after exposure the overwhelming probability is that you have not been infected. The rash, however, is a different matter. Rashes can occur with HIV disease, but they are usually due to another illness. You should have this looked at by a dermatologist. Good luck.
