Of course: Obviously the hernia repair doesn't affect the ability to become pregnant. Factors important to consider for pregnancy after hernia repair are location on the abdomen, and method of repair. Being pregnant after a hernia repair may increase the chance of recurrence, and make c-section more difficult. There shouldn't be any specific danger during pregnancy unless recurrence causes problems.

Yes: Hernia surgery alone shouldn't affect your ability to become pregnant and if you do become pregnant, shouldn't interfere with the pregnancy. It does, however, increase your risk of developing a recurrent hernia.

Yes: Hernia repair, in and of itself, should not cause any direct problem with the ability to become pregnant. However, any abdominal operation has a risk (albeit low) of "scar tissue" or "adhesions" forming and creating an environment that may interfere with the mechanics of how the egg leaves the ovary and travels through the fallopian tubes to become fertilized in the uterus. See your gynecologist.
