Can i do anything to make my "egg quality" better?

No: There is really nothing to make egg quality better. Only ivf allows us to see egg quality and maximize the use of any egg, good or not as good. Not all the eggs in a woman's body are the same quality so sometimes it is a matter of just seeing a few more eggs. We now know that many if not most of lower quality eggs and embryos are genetically abnormal so that is often the reason behind everything.
