Late cycle ovulation: With irregular cycles, stress and/or heavy exercise can delay ovulation, but at 30, the eggs released are still of "good quality" even if the ovulation is "late". Eggs produced after age 35 can have other (genetic) abnormalities, or be difficult to fertilize or sustain a pregnancy if it does occur. Talk with your gyn or OB physician to plan a pregnancy and do testing appropriately.
