See below.: First, did you get the Hepatitis B Vaccine and is the only thing positive, the hepatitis b surface antibody? If so, that's normal after vaccine. But you don't have the virus or infection. If something else is positive, then possible sources are sexual contact with an infected person, blood transfusion (low likelihood in us), or IV drug use. See your doctor for further diagnostics & treatment.
