Tingling ears: Assuming you do not meaning ringing...Tingling ears possibly from laying on the nerves that exit the skull to give rise to sensation of the ear...If you mean ringing..Important to know whether it is dependent on laying down or dependent on sleeping..Laying down may increase pressure in brain...In prole with pseudo tumor cerebri or brain tumors this is not uncommon.
