Panic attacks: At your age severe anxiety with panic is likely rather than heart disease however make sure to have your blood pressure checked and do it at home with an automated monitor. Sometimes hormonal forms of hypertension can present this way and would need treatment. The swallowing trouble is more in keeping with anxiety and you need treatment for that too. Good luck!
