Want to be tested for pcos. however, when i had major problems when i had an ultrasound it came back homologous ovary-what does that mean?

Need full report: The meaning may be more clear from the full report - homologous means "similar to, or parallel to". So, for example, the ovary is homologous in function to the testicle. Likely the radiologist was comparing the one ovary to the other one - but would need to see the full language of the report.
