Can pcos go away with age and weight loss? im 25 and had a ultrasound showing normal ovaries no pcos. however at 20 i had the same procedure showing polocystic ovaries? i have regular cycles and labs normal. i lost weight. or was i misdiagnosed?

PCOS does not improve by aging but with effective weight loss you might ovulate again, when that happens no new cyst develops and the old cysts could resolve by time.
