Various things: At 2 wks the hormones that maintained pregnancy may be reflected in a transient (weeks long) baby acne with small bremishes and pustules. Babies also can have some skin oil trapped in their pores or salt stuck in sweat pores. Most of this will gradually dissapear with time. Your pcp can decide if it is a problem.
