Skin issues often require visual exam to even begin to assess. We can only see what you have written (no photos) . Since the description is minimal at best, you likely need to see someone & have this examined. No rush.

Monitor temperature and breathing pattern. The rash is limited to the face and a contact rash or atopic dermatitis are possible conditions. Avoid soap on the face, keep skin clean and dry. Take a photo and share it with your PCP or consider a virtual visit with Healthtap. Watch for spread of the rash, fever, and pustules.
