Depends on what: They look like. Baby acne is pictured above, but it usually goes away by 3 months. Wash once a day with mild soap and water ; don't use lotions or creams, no matter what it is. Do see his pediatrician if it has persisted for more than a few days. It's very rare for a facial rash to be anything serious, but his doctor will be able to "name it" ;, possibly, suggest other treatments.
