Treat what?: What is sensory reading of 25? Sensory loss in toes, if neurological, is usually due to peripheral neuropathy, for which there are many causes (the most often of which is diabetes). First find the cause, don't just treat symptoms. See a neurologist.

I recommend : A neurology consult. I have never heard the term sensory reading 25, but, your condition is neuropathy related and i would advice a neurology consult to determine the etiology of the neuropathy.
