In many states it is unlawful to test for drugs without the written permission of the person. In general, the extra expense and equipment needed to do separate tests means they test only what the doc asks for. I don't think this would be tested in the case cited.

Unless specifically ordered by your doctor. blood would not be tested for MJ. Urine is the usual specimen for the test. Having said that- Marijuana is a psychoactive drug and will mess with your brain and damage your lungs among other injury. MJ users are called stoners for good reason. Quit using it while you are ahead. Wish you good health!
