Maybe: As to whether it "is safe" to smoke cannabis prior to a medical evaluation blood test it would not be expected for the test values to be significantly altered except for the cannabis blood level. Question of safety is more properly directed to safety of driving to the testing facility.

You'll have some: explaining to do. If you have a medical card and script for marijuana, then you'll have to show all the blood testers that information before hand so if they do screen for street drugs then they will find what they expected to find.
