What tried?: It's hard to give advice not knowing what you have tried. Good hygiene is a must. Benzoyl peroxide and retin a (a prescription) work well together. Oral contraceptives like Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) are good if you are female. Antibiotics sometimes are needed too. Wear makeup without oils
