Scientific Rx: Topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day. If you are not clear in two weeks, or if you have acne on your trunk, get with your personal physician for prescription-strength rx. If a topical retinoic acid derivative, antibiotics (never use as monotherapy), ocp (ladies) or topical spironolactone don't clear you, and you are offered isotretinoin, go for it until you're planning to get pregnant.
