Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination so i would see a dermatologist, but perhaps these are milium, sebaceous hyperplasia, or other possibilities. Read more ReFissa and obagi at the link below. In combination, these treatments can help sun damaged skin and milium. Another option might be extraction if they are indeed milium. I hope that helps a little.
