Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) has a half-life of 9 to 14 hours. Assuming normal excretion on the outside of 15 hours, times five half-lives, it would be essentially gone from your system within 75 hours.

Effectively next day: Although small amounts will remain in your body for a bit longer, biological activity of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) should be gone by the day after you stop taking it. Weight isn't really a factor. If you are being tested for amphetamines with a urine tox screen, 2-3 days tops should be enough to have a negative test.
