Talk to the Doctor: There are medications avaiable.But i think it a very good idea to discuss the situation with the presribing doctor.Was the medication working? Were there side effects to the medications? Are you doing better or worse since stopping?If it was working well with no complications, why stop?

Many: Start with having a talk to your doctor and ask for help dealing with your folks. Find out what are their concerns. Perhaps your doctor can cler this up. If not alternatives incllude methylphenidate (Ritalin, Concerta), Provigil, Nuvigil, Wellbutrin, (bupropion) Imipramine and Amantadine.
