No: 30 mg of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a very hefty dose of medication, is a controlled substance, and should not be taken by you unless it was prescribed to you. In certain individuals, inappropriate use of stimulants can lead to anxiety, hyperactivity, heart palpitations, syncope, and sudden death. So i would not recommend you take this medication without being diagnosed and cleared by a physician for it's use.
