Osteopathy: Try a course of treatment with an osteopathic physician who does omt (aka omm). Find one near you via the aao website. Look at the cranial academy's website for highly trained physicians who work with their hands. Physical therapy then and a home exercise program to keep you aligned and strong. Good nutrition is key - lots of veggies, fruits and nothing with an ingredient you can't identify!
