WATER!!!: Nothing beats good old water for hydration. Sports drinks don't hydrate any better, though you might drink more of them because of the sweetness- but the sugar is not good for you. If sweating a lot, sports drinks do have electrolytes, but you can get those from having salt and fruits. Some special forms of water like "microwater" are thought to be more hydrating than others.
