Adequate Water forU : Good day; Eight glasses of water a day is average for an active person. However, the more active the individual the more water is recommended. If you engage in activity that causes sweat, drink extra water. Hot or humid weather = more water. Fever, diarrhea or vomiting, more water. If your susceptible to bladder infections or creating stones- more water. Your pee should be almost light yellow!
