YES: Beclomethasone- an orally inhaled steroid- is similar to flovent. However, this may or may not be appropriate for you. Discuss it with your asthma physician.

Not yet: At this time there is no generic version of an inhaled steroid medication like Flovent for asthma. There are coupons and discount programs for various inhalers. These programs can be accessed on the web or via your doctor.
