How should i correct accidental flovent hfa 220 overuse? i read not to stop taking it suddenly as it can make asthma symptoms worse?

Normal dose : You should just go back to using the prescribed dose. And make sure you don't have any sores in your mouth or throat that could be consistent with thrush (a yeast infection). Otherwise, no need to worry.
