Medication/delivery: There are several explanations as to why this is so. Preventing your asthma flare ups by controlling triggers for your asthma and avoiding smoke is an important part of management. Delivery of the medication by use of a spacer device improves delivery of the medication to the lung. You may need additional medications or a higher dose of Flovent to control symptoms.
